    Over the past 18 months State Farm has increased my rates each time during the 6 month notification period. The rate increase happened 3 times every six months. I did not have any claims until the snow event in February 2014. So that may explain one rate increase but doesn't explain the other rate increases over the other two times. I checked with other auto insurance companies and Progressive offered a better rate so I decided to change.
